  • 5 vanilla beans
  • ½ cup buckwheat groats
  • 1. Place vanilla beans and buckwheat in blender or seed grinder and grind to powder.
  • 2. Place in an airtight container and store in refrigerator or freezer.
  • Shelf Life: Refrigerated will keep for 1-2 months or possibly more.
