Tomato Pizza Sauce

Living Food Feast from Sprout Raw Food
Ingredients:
- 3 cups sun-dried tomato halves, soaked for 2 hours and drained
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup fresh oregano
- ½ cup basil
- 2 dates, seeded and soaked 1 hour and drained
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon Nama Shoyu
- ½ cup soak water from tomatoes if needed
Steps:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender, adding enough water to make a thick paste.
- Spread on pizza crust or crackers.
