Sesame Crackers

Living Food Feast from Sprout Raw Food

Ingredients:

  • 10 cups almond pulp
  • 3 cups flax seed ground into flour
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1½ cup olive oil
  • ½ cup sesame seeds

Steps:

  1. Place almond pulp, salt, flax seed flour and olive oil in a bowl and mix well by hand.
  2. Form into crackers 2 inches round and ¼ inch high.
  3. Place on dehydrator sheets and dehydrate for about 12-14 hours until completely dry.
Serving suggestions: Serve with salads or soups.
