Party Pizza Crust

Living Food Feast from Sprout Raw Food
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sunflower seeds, soaked 8 hours and dehydrated 12 hours
- 2 cups flaxseeds, whole
- 1 cup flaxseeds ground
- 1 cup sun dried tomatoes, soaked 3 hours ( save soak water)
- 2 onions chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 4 teaspoons sea salt
- ¼ cup fresh basil
- ¼ cup fresh oregano
- ¼ cup fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cups filtered water or enough to make the mixture thick and creamy
Steps:
- Chop the garlic in food processor until finely chopped.
- Add oregano, basil and thyme to food processor and chop fine.
- Add sunflower seeds to food processor and process until finely chopped. Add flaxseeds. Place the nuts and seed mixture in a bowl./li>
- Chop the tomatoes and onions in food processor until finely chopped.
- Add olive oil and water and blend well.
- Pour this mixture into the nut mixture and stir well.
- Let sit for 15 minutes until the flaxseeds have had time to absorb the water.
- More water may be needed to make this mixture thick and creamy like oatmeal.
- Divide this mixture onto Teflex dehydrator sheets and spread to form a large pizza or 4 small pizza crust
- Dehydrate at 95 degrees for 6-8 hours and then turn them over to a mesh dehydrating rack. Dehydrate until the crust is crisp, about 8 more hours.
