Nut and Date Pie Crust

1 Pie Crust
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pecans (dry)
- 1 cup walnuts (dry)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1½ cups medjool dates, pitted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
Advance Steps:
- Soak walnuts and pecans for 12 hours, drain, dehydrate for 12 hours.
Steps:
- Place all ingredients in food processor with "S" blade and process well.
- Press by hand into a pie plate until entire pie plate is covered.
Note: Crust may be made ahead of time and refrigerated or frozen.
