En-R-gy Soup

Living Food Feast from Sprout Raw Food
Serves 1 or more
Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 cup sunflower sprouts
- ½ cup buckwheat lettuce
- ½ cup alfalfa sprouts
- 2 cups Rejuvelac or filtered water
- 3 medium carrots
- 1 clove garlic
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon Nama Shoyu
- 1 teaspoon kelp flakes
- 2 teaspoons cumin powder
- 2 cups spinach (washed), about a bunch
- ¼ cup ground flaxseed
- 1 avocado
Steps:
- Place all ingredients in Vita-Mix, except for flaxseed, avocado and sprouts, blend until smooth.
- Add avocado, blending well.
- Add sprouts, blending well.
- Add ground flaxseed, blending well.
