Thanksgiving Feast - Nov. 16, 2003
Thanks for the fabulous Thanksgiving feast yesterday! It was awesome! My mouth is watering for more of that squash casserole. And, oh, the pumpkin pie was straight from Heaven. I'm going to the market tomorrow to buy all the ingredients to attempt it myself.
Jackie is defiinitely in a class by herself as a raw chef. I'm feeling so grateful that I know the two of you and that you're right here in Atlanta nearby. You bless all who come in contact with you. May you continue to be a source of healing for us all.

Thanks for providing the wonderful food for our Thanksgiving feast. It was delicious. Jerry really liked the spinach. I loved the wild rice stuffing... yummy stuff. Everyone at the party ate your cranberry relish and raved about it. You guys do so much for the raw life in Atlanta. Without you, I would have never been bold enough to defy tradition and not eat the potatoes/yams/bread/other stuff that our Thanksgiving day hosts provided. Instead, I just got out our prepared plates and enjoyed the meal with everyone else (only our meal was different).

No words can really explain the most wonderful experience I had while I was there. I now feel I have the tools and knowledge to continue my journet of living and eating well. I feel I have a new family of friends to connect with. The warm, open and loving environment that surrounds you goes way beyond the preparation of the food.
Jackie, you are truly an artist, your passion for life and food and on the preparation of the foods allows you to create the most passionate food I have ever had. Your recipes have given me so much inspiration.
I learned so much and I know I have so much more to learn. The weekend also gave me an opportunity to just relax and enjoy the surroundings. I had a wonderful experience. I think of everyone often and hope to see you soon.
